This research is aimed to compare the children's attitude towards their fathers among those whose fathers work at day-shift and those whose fathers work at night-shift.

The research, which is based on a pre-happened narrative, took place in statistical universe of Tehran by choosing 100 people who were in access (50 people working fathers at day-shift and the rest working at night-shift). After specifying statistical samples of these two groups, the 25-question questionnaires CAF (called Child's Attitude towards Father), which is used to measure the scope and severity of the problems that a child may have with their parents, were filled in by members of these groups. Then the results were investigated and analyzed using descriptive statistics (average, deviation of criterion…) and inferential statistics (the test T to compare the averages of the groups and also one-way variance analysis.) and the final result was as follows:

- There is an eye-catching difference between the average attitudes of children whose fathers work either at day-shift or at night-shift. In other words, the result showed that those children whose fathers work at day-shift have a much more positive attitude towards their fathers than the children of the other group.(p<0/01)
